Like the Perfect PSUHUP, the Perfect SITUP enables the user to execute the sit up work out properly and with maximum effect. By locating the users head, back, hips, hands and feet in the ideal positions for proper sit ups, the Perfect SITUP eliminates user error and possible injury from this highly effective and efficient exercise, allowing for a complete workout. Additional carbon steel leg blades help users activate their lower abs, traditionally a hard muscle group to engage. The innovative head piece is ergonomically designed to be comfortable, aid in proper technique and easy to use.
